Dear Mr. Helliker,
I thought you might be interested in the following article entitled: EPA
ANNOUNCES INDUSTRY-WIDE TASK FORCE TO JOINTLY DEVELOP INDOOR RESIDENTIAL
EXPOSURE DATA FOR SYNTHETIC PYRETHROIDS, PYRETHRUM AND SYNERGISTS.
EPA has issued a Pesticide Registration Notice (PRN/Notice)
that announces an industry-wide task force to jointly develop residential indoor
exposure data for pesticides containing one or more of the active ingredients:
synthetic pyrethroids, pyrethrum and synergists.
This Notice explains why these data are being developed and how
registrants may wish to participate in developing these data by joining the Task
Force. This action is directed to
the companies or persons responsible for registering or reregistering pesticide
products containing one or more of the active ingredients, or companies seeking
registration of pesticide products containing one or more of the active
ingredients. The Federal Register
published a Notice of Availability of this PRN on August 30, 2000, which
identifies an EPA contact and Task Force contacts for those who need further
information. You may obtain
electronic copies of the Notice of Availability and the PR Notice from the
Office of Pesticide Programs' Home Page at http://www.epa.gov/pesticides/.
You may also go directly to the listings from the EPA Internet Home Page
at http://www.epa.gov/. To access
this document, on the Home Page select "Laws and Regulations" and then
look up the entry for this document under the "Federal
Register--Environmental Documents." You
can also go directly to the Federal Register listings at:- http://www.epa.gov/fedrgstr/.
You can request a faxed copy of the PR Notice titled "The
Non-Dietary Exposure Task Force," by calling 202-401-0527, and selecting
item 6131, or by following the
automated menu.
Well Mr. Helliker, I think "they" will find
there are certain esters of pyrethrum that when triggered with pipernoyl
butoxide are extremely dangerous to man. Several countries already know the
synergistic dangers of pipernoyl butoxide - but, you have "registered"
many other POISONS that are or have been banned only after these terrible TOXINS
have CONTAMINATED the earth and harmed us!
