Well Lyndon - You "regulatory" people are truly amazing!  You "register" (only the untested poison) active ingredients and ignore the entire toxicity of the full poison formulation and then when people begin to get sick and die - you simply pretend there is no contamination/danger/risk from the labeled application your "registered" poisons.  I thought you would like to read one more example of "protecting" the people with "registered" poisons:

Hello my name is Sandra Hawkins, I am from Tellico Plains, TN.  We had our home treated in July 97, and Aug 97.

Shortly after first spray we began to have allergie problems and my 2 year old little girl started complaining that her hands and feet hurt, they were red and we didn't know what was wrong with us at that time.  The problems would not go away and the spraying took place the second time which the skin was eat off the hands and feet cracked open and started to bleed.  After that spraying, it took the doctors about two weeks after the second spraying to link pesticides.

We moved out of our home, the TDA (Tennessee Department of Agriculture) came said nothing was wrong we moved back in.  I was also pregnant with my second little girl, problems started up again, within about 6 months of being back in our home, we noticed my 2 year old little girl was running into walls, falling down all the time, cry with leg pain, vomiting, fevers popping up, staying sick all the time, sleeping problems, crying problems, and things just kept happening,

In May 1999, we brought in a expert to test the home to only find out we still had high levels of Demand CS still in our home almost two years later, and that it was known to be a nerotoxin, and began to understand what was going on with our children and ourselves, we have been out of our home now for about 5 months.  My 2 year old that is now 4 has lost reflexes in arms and legs and has ataxia, and still crys alot, and has sleeping problems.  Our 1 year old has some nero problems with her breathing while she sleeps and we just don't know at this time what has been done to our children from the exposure over two years to these mess.

Thanks to the state for not caring anymore than they showed, we can only say it's a shame.

Post Script, follow up letter from Sandy:

Thank you for taking the time to write me back.

We were poisoned by Otis Termite & Pest Control in Knoxville TN. The pest control man is still out there treating homes, it just makes me sick at my stomach to think that he could be doing this to someone else.  We have lost so much in all this, but I'm thankful that we found out finely what was wrong, I pray to the Lord everyday to please let my little girls be alright.   It's alright with us if you put our story on your web-site.
