If the Label is the "LAW"------- "If your "registered" labels are the "LAW," how can anyone legally use any of your "registered" pesticide POISONS? If your labels and MSDSs for the "inerts" are different and/or more restrictive than your "registered" label for the active POISON ingredient, how can anyone possibly obey your "LAW"?

Lyndon, A few simple questions for you: "If your "registered" labels are the "LAW," how can anyone legally use any of your "registered" pesticide POISONS? If your labels and MSDSs for the "inerts" are different and/or more restrictive than your "registered" label for the active POISON ingredient, how can anyone possibly obey your "LAW"? If an applicator can not possibly know that another "registered" label ("LAW") or MSDS exists for the so-called "inert" ingredient (or as is usual: for the MANY SECRET "INERT" INGREDIENTS), how can any applicator possibly hope to "obey" your "LAW" and/or LAWS?You must bear the complete responsibility for "registering" your pesticide POISONS with all of their conflicting and/or mismatched MSDSs - due to the "secret inert" ingredients that you totally choose to ignore. For instance, some labels/MSDSs for the active POISON ingredients may be allowed to be used in food areas while the labels/MSDSs for the secret/unknown "inerts" are not.
As you are well aware many "INERTS" are far more toxic than your "registered" active ingredients. Some "inerts" are supposedly "banned". There is a great disparity between your "registered" active ingredients and your "secret/unknown inert" ingredients. Some MSDSs do not allow the "inert" chemical to be used near heat, people, food, water, etc. and no one is looking at the synergistic effects of all of these terrible unregistered/unconsidered toxins.
Lyndon, when will you begin to address the terrible problem of mismatched "labels" and conflictory MSDSs, chronic POISON exposures and all of the possible synergistic health and environmental effects/damages? The people and the environment need your protection, not your "registered" POISONS!
Maybe I am wrong, but all that I see you doing is trying to "register" safe/GRAS/food ingredients/alternatives as "pesticides".
Respectfully, Stephen L. Tvedten.
