Dear Mr. Helliker, Apparently you are not the only "regulator" that demands that only "registered" POISONS can be used to "control" pest problems.  My advise to everyone who is experiencing such "regulatory" directives write Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont and their own elected officials.

Steve, Thank you for taking the time to respond and put this together.  I did purchase your CD (The Best Control) over a year ago.  There is just so much information - I have tried to print out portions.  Thanks for pointing us in the right direction.  Our biggest obstacle is identifying legally registered alternatives.  The Maryland Dept of Ag is strictly enforcing the use of legally registered products for use on school grounds.  Identifying those lower risk/least toxic alternatives is our current problem.  We are not allowed to use soap and water!

Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.  We are in the process of re-writing the policy and procedures for our school district (approx. 65 schools) to adhere to the new School IPM and Notification Laws.  That's why we need alternatives. ...Veronika

Well Mr. Helliker,  when more and more innocent people continue to be poisoned by your "registered" POISONS, we now can clearly show them who is to blame for their needless contamination, sickness, losses and/or deaths.  Your continued silence is truly eloquent!

Respectfully,  Stephen L. Tvedten
