Also carried out Forum by WORLD-WIDE NO USE OF PESTICIDES DAY, organized by RAAA, RAPAL and Office of Congressman Maruja Alfaro, where she appeared the proposal for the prohibition and/or restriction of the pesticides of the category Ia and Ib. Also, remote communities lack health and/or medicines that can provide attention when pesticide poisoning occur.

On the other hand, there are alternative nonpolluting and less toxic (moderately and slightly toxic), that can replace the pesticides Ia and Ib without risking an increase of pests.
