The concern over use of pesticides by terrorists, which has recently prompted regulatory officials to take a hard look at pesticide security issues, is apparently not unwarranted. Among items allegedly owned by Zacarias Moussaoui, the subject of the first indictment directly related to the suicide hijackings: A computer disk containing information related to the aerial application of pesticides.
