Now lets all keep something firmly in mind,, New York's Mayor Rudy Guiliani Knew there was no West Nile Virus carrying Mosquitoes killing the Blackbirds around New York and he had the entire city sprayed with the "Terrorist Attack" simulated weapon below.
He is therefore guilty by fact of a terrorist act.
Any argument to this at all?
