Mike Christie noted: Last week an extensive advertising campaign concerning the use of lawn and garden pesticides was launched by the Province of Quebec. The campaign titled 'We Have Nothing At All Against Dandelions' has already appeared in all the Quebec daily newspapers and selected  radio stations. The messaging reads as follows:

WE HAVE NOTHING AT ALL AGAINST DANDELIONS.

Why attack dandelions with pesticides?

Pesticides can be harmful to the environment, to you - and particularly to children.

As for dandelions, they're not only pretty but they're tasty too! Without pesticides, naturally.

There are other ways to maintain a beautiful lawn.
