Congratulations Cobalt!!

On November 1, 2002 the Town of Cobalt will become the FIRST municipality in Ontario with a by-law eliminating the cosmetic use of pesticides on private property. Ontario now joins the growing list of provinces (BC, QB, NB & NS) with municipalities who have adopted pesticide by-laws covering use on private property.
