1.) Any and all EPA documents which define the word "alternative".

I request expedited access due to the compelling need of threat to life and safety to the public health, with urgency to inform the public of actual Federal Government activities and/or lack thereof. I certify that this statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I request a waiver of fees for this request because disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest and/or because it is likely to contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities or lack thereof by the Department of Public Health and Environment, the FDA, the USDA and the EPA, and because said disclosures are not primarily in my commercial interest.
