Questions sent to Lyndon Hawkins of the
California Department of Pesticide Regulation
(Mr. Hawkins is in charge of Integrated Pest Management for the
State of California)

By blocking Fontana Unified School District from considering a full IPM Program to protect its children and staff from the effects of pesticides, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation has done a great disservice to the citizens of California.  The issues are greater than one school district and yet....

What can't we get answers to these questions??
Who is the EPA / CaDPR protecting???

Pesticide use and children's health: UW study aims to gauge the danger
No one doubts that children are especially vulnerable to pesticides.  During early childhood development, cells divide rapidly, making them more susceptible to harm from toxins.  And kids, being kids, set themselves up for exposure even though they are not in the fields.  UNANSWERED BY EPA or DPR
