Announcement of press conference in front of Fairfax Town Hall, 142 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, Marin County.

RE:  Fairfax defends its new, public right to know, "Neighbor Notification Law" when pesticides are used on private property.

The Wednesday, May 23rd, press conference called by Fairfax Councilmembers Lew Tremaine and Frank Egger will be 10 am at the flag pole in front of Town Hall.

Fairfax Councilmembers will be joined by Councilmembers from other North Bay cities including Sebastopol Mayor Larry Robinson to announce its response to threats from the State Department of Pesticide Regulation and its allies in the pesticide industry.

Fairfax is expected to mount an aggressive campaign against State bureaucrats and the details will be announced Wednesday morning at 10 am in front of Fairfax Town hall.
