Dear Mr. Feola:
Please be advised that the Town of Fairfax has been notified regarding your company’s services that were recently provided to 47 Mountain View.
I have attached a copy of the Fairfax Town Code, Title 8, Health & Safety Chapter 8.40 respectively, as it related to the application and public notice requirements as detailed on private property located in the Town of Fairfax. Specifically, the following sections have been highlighted for your information and subsequent verification.

In providing services to the residents of the Town of Fairfax, I would suggest you familiarize yourself with the afore-stated stipulations, as compliance regarding this Ordinance is mandatory and enforced. In addition, the cities of San Rafael, Corte Madera and Mill Valley are currently in the process of initiating similar restrictions as it pertains to the use of pesticides within their own communities.
