OK competition time in the Health and Safety Fails Hall of Shame
Lets see who can come up with the best (or worst depending how you look at it) examples of (lets say) questionable Health and Safety Fails, violations and antics you may have seen on your travels in the all new Health and Safety Fails Hall of Shame page. We have posted one above to get you started.
Just send us your photos to the Health and Safety Fails (Hall of Shame) and we will rate each picture on scale of harm and likelihood that harm could come to fruition so you can vote on the most dangerous.
The winning photo in the Health and Safety Fails (Hall of Shame) will get free consultancy and a few extra goodies.
Use the contact form here and we will reply with the email address to submit your photos
Risk Ratings will be on a scale of 1 to 10
1 = Safe, 5 = Very Dicey 10 = Imminent Death
