10.2 Plaintiffs further allege that
Defendants breached implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and
merchantability. Defendants knew the particular reason for which Plaintiffs
purchased Defendants' products. Defendants' products were unfit for the ordinary
purposes for which their products were used, and are objectionable. The breach
or breaches of such implied warranties by Defendants were a producing cause, or
in the alternative, a proximate cause of the damages sustained by Plaintiffs.
