I am trying to put together a large number of people who have been injured by chlordane/heptachlor and still have viable cases. They could have been poisoned long ago but still have injured children who are within 2 years of being 18. I have a large firm that has agreed to take a look at these cases if I can gather some together for them. This is not a contract for services, just a synopsis to show that indeed there are many people who have been injured by chlordane and would want representation. If I am able to convince the attorneys to take these cases we will need as many survivors as possible to bring down the costs of litigation for individuals. I have found that it is almost impossible for individual chlordane victims for find an attorney who is willing to invest the time and money to do a single case. By putting many cases together we can save on experts and medical diagnosis and legal expenses.
If you or someone you know is a potential plaintiff please have them contact me and send me a brief synopsis which includes their name, how they were exposed to chlordane, their diagnosed injuries, and when they first learned that the exposure to chlordane was the cause of their injuries.
If you don't think you or the chemically injured people you know would be a candidate for the chlordane cases, you may want to consider joining another case I am working on.
If you are interested in being part of a RICO/conspiracy case against the PR flacks and the chemical companies (poison pushers) and their front groups let me have a brief synopsis that would include your name, how you were poisoned (not your lifetime exposures, but the one that changed your life) (these could potentially include people who have been victims of environmental racism), diagnosed injuries (these do not need to be linked to your exposures at this time), mention a few instances where you have been denied access, or medical care, or jobs, or basically suffered because of industry created prejudice, lies, and industry secrets re: dangerous products. Of course we have all the conflicts of interest in science and regulatory policy to list as well. Mention a date where you first remember you suffered from this conspiracy to deny your injuries/disability.
This is a long shot case but if we can get enough people to sign on I stand a pretty good chance of getting this case filed. It should be open to any and all people who are chemically intolerant or relate their illness to chemicals where they feel full disclosure may have prevented their injury or they were denied assistance because of their injury. I think the best way to gather these cases is to have people submit a synopsis, which would also be their acknowledgement of wanting to join a suit. This would not be a final agreement for their case as it may turn out that several legal firms around the country would represent these cases much like the tobacco cases. I project if we once get a large case started there will be other attorneys (always greed driven and some who just need to be shown the way) who will take up the cause.
I think that rather than putting this invitation out on public lists that we should send this as a private invitation to join a legal action to individuals that we KNOW pretty well have suffered from chemical injury/disability etc. Word or mouth rather that public advertisement at first. It appears that as a not for profit or volunteer I may ask people to join this action, but of course if the attorney were to do so it would be considered ambulance chasing an illegal. As I am not obliged to any attorney in particular and only want to see justice done I can ask people to join my cause.
In a third legal case I am asking this attorney and associated firm (who serves as director of an international NGO environmental organization and is familiar with the International Court of Justice) to consider filing suit against the chemical companies conspiracy and the US governments and failure to reasonably regulate dangerous chemicals that not only disable and injure Americans but are exported in what amounts to undeserved and undeclared war on our foreign neighbors. A crimes against humanity type suit.
