I am a mother from Michigan and have had similar problems we have been trying to get rid of the head lice for 9 months and it keeps coming back and it looks different then the lice I have seen in the past and it is laying coal black eggs instead of the clear whitish eggs I have seen in the past they are resistant to the treatments when I do my children's heads I get Live lice still off of them, I am very Frustrated and Embarrassed, like I am doing something wrong, I have done what I am supposed to, pick there heads, spray and vacuumed everything wash the blankets, I have gone as far as to give the whole family (myself and 2 Daughters and my one son and husband) all crew cuts, and have left the bangs longer on us girls. Here in Michigan they call it Super Lice, but what do I do short of putting kerosene on my children's heads. Please if you can help me email me and let me know, it is so embarrassing to have to call up everyone in the family and say here we go again. 

My Children Contracted head lice through there school mates at school. I have been trying to get rid of the problem for 9 months at no availe. I have tried all the names rid, nix, clear, pronto and A-200 only to find live lice still on my children, and the School informs me that it is called Super Lice and the Lice has become  resistand to the chemicals in the current products. so now our battle gets even tougher with getting rid of the lice.I have spent probley very close to 1,000 on these products just in the last 9 months with the sprays and the cleaning supplys and the products, this is reduclious. the companys need to do something about this and now the lice have changed and look differnt and lay coal black eggs, instead of the normal white ones?? Super Lice you need to go.
