Hello,

First I have to say thank you. We purchased the enzyme cleaner and shampoo as suggested.  My husband started mixing the enzyme cleaner as soon as it got to us last Friday and sprayed our entire apartment. Walls, ceilings, bed, couch, pillows, carpets and anything else that could get wet. Here is what happened as a result. We got a full nights rest with no bites or itching. This has lasted over a week with occasional re-spraying to prevent further spread of the mites. No one else could help us even determine what these bites were and some even looked at us as though we should be taken away be the men in white, but you have given us a wonderful service and product that helped us get some much needed rest and peace after 2 months. What can we say, but Thank you and keep up the good work. Danielle

Danielle's original letter:

Hello, My husband may have contacted you for your help before, but we are desperate and seeking some help. About 6 weeks ago, we began noticing that we were being bitten or stung by something in our bed. We couldn't find any traces of what was biting us, but it did and is still is making us itch. There are no sign of bed bugs or fleas and no sign of mites. We have used bug bombs and other chemicals to no avail. We have used boric acid and talcum powder. We have washed everything in hot water and still no luck. There are no visible signs of the bites except an occasional red bump, but most of the time it feels as though someone is poking a needle in me. The one thing that seems to bring a little relief is having the air conditioner on 70 degrees and keeping a fan blowing on us all night. No one seems to know what this is, but I can assure you that it is not in our head. A little more information that might help you determine what this is, is that we operate a mail order business in our home and have several cardboard boxes. We have been doing this for a year with no problem, so I don't think that should be a factor, but I wont rule anything out. Please help if you can, we are tired of falling asleep from exhaustion because the constant itching keeps us awake all the time.  Thank You for your help, Danielle
