Well, here we go again! I wrote to you months and months ago and thought "scabies" was a thing of the past. My daughter and her family now have it again. She got the "poison" medication from the doctor and is using it on them today. My elderly parents live with us. When they had it over a year ago I used several of the "poison" treatments on them before finding you and the effects of "poison." We finally got rid of them by using your lice shampoo; chemicals didn't work. Could you please let me know again how to use the shampoo on the body for scabies as I will not put poison on my parents or us ever again. Also, my daughter will use your shampoo again after using what the doctor prescribed today. Her doctor has told her for months that it was just dry skin but now, since it's soooooooooo extreme, she saw another doctor and he said it is scabies (no skin-lab test done though). She works with kids and feels she needs to do this (poison treatment this time – 2 treatments each) but will not use it again after this. She wondered how to treat the kid's toys - does she need to bag up ALL toys (plastic also) and how long do they need to be left bagged up? Can we put a little of the shampoo in the laundry now and on a regular basis to prevent reoccurrence? We've used borax and sprinkled throughout the house on carpets and in the laundry. I'm full of questions I know but we thought we had seen the last of this months and months ago!!! Thanks for any information, suggestions, and help you can give us.RG
