Immediate difference with LiceRGone and Enzyme Cleaner with Peppermint for Scabies and unknown fibers, skin parasites

Thank-you we received the parcel (LiceRGone, Enzyme Cleaner with Peppermint and Sulfa*Derm) yesterday, would of got two days earlier if had not missed mister courier mail man x2. 

I have already noticed a profound difference in the furniture, fittings and clothes than I’ve used the peppermint enzyme cleaner on.  My son has had a chronic phlegm cough throughout all seasons for at least 4 years (main symptoms cough & abdo discomfort). We'd been seeing a pediatrician for 3 years who trialled him on antiemetics, antihistamines & every other med but not antiparasitics, she decided that it was "all in his head."  I had noticed he picks up headlice very easily & I do not tend to be infested so easily, so I check him regularly & have kept his hair as short as poss.  Deworming also tends to alleviate his symptoms so that’s done 3 monthly, and with the 2cats & dog antiparasitics treatments for them are regular also.

However, since just before Christmas I have noticed my health plummet with general toxic, low feeling though managing to cope with minimal family commitments plus work only no social stuff, & my skin having welds or some sort of allergic response primarily on my neck, chin, cheeks, shoulders & along my backbone. It was not unusual for these to become ulcerated & take months to heal then a hive to reappear in the same place.  I could associate with a lot of the symptoms in the article about NCS.  Basically I spent almost 7 thousand dollars in skin specialist, GP doctor fees & prescription, & chemist & homeopathic remedies based on the symptoms in these last seven months, now I’m struggling financially.  One dr at my expense sent me to a psychiatrist because "it was all in my head".

My mother who had watched a lot of the unexplainable symptoms with me started doubting her experiences then denied all of it especially during consultations with health professionals. Sadly, the only support was my 9-year-old son who believed in me every step of the way.  The last doctor suggested Norwegian scabies, this is how I came to see your website, however subsequent treatments have not appeared to clear up anything.  What I had noticed however was a dusty feeling to the house all the time despite daily vacuum cleaning wet dusting 2-3 times a week & maintenance of daily chores such as laundry, dishes etc.  The dusty feeling was all over the beds, clothing & our hair; I did notice small fibers usually clear looking from 1 mm to 4mm in length. At times these fibers were sticking into my skin or pulled out of a sore when bathing.  I am a firm believer in hot washing when necessary & almost every item is ironed.  This was not doing the complete job.  I got the 50 year old ceiling insulation replaced & was looking into taking up the carpet etc. Also seatbelt in my brand new car appeared to be gnawed at which will cost $3000 to replace as Renault are refusing to cover them on warranty. My suspicions are that the cause of the seatbelt damage is the causative agent for my poor health this year.   My hair started to fall out in knotty clumps & to get dressed (for both Kyle & I) so you felt comfy was a struggle.

Have you any ideas or had similarities of what may have caused these manifestations, which appear to be finally resolving, in our hair & skin, clothing (holes, fraying, piling- especially noticeable on items never worn) bags, seatbelts & generally any material based product.  I have often seen a very small white winged insect appearing to fly off me?? Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks again for your terrific people friendly products they just make sense!!
