Dear safe2use,
Than you for your informative information. I have contacted scabies infestation several times from my 1st grade children who love to hold their teacher's hand. Currently, I have gone to the school nurse and have had her check children, who are itching. One child's parents are convinced that he has a reaction to antibotics and will not seek treatment for that child. 

I know how hard this condition is to diagnose. 4 years ago, I had to insist on scabies lotion with poison in it. My doctors had treated me for eczema for 2 months. I was miserable. 
Please continue to educate us all.
