When I had the Scabie mite infestation real bad - - that is when I was terribly itching, had scaling on my calfs, and I could feel things crawling all over my bare feet when sitting quietly - - I tried bug-bombing.
The first time, I used Bug-bombs from Home Depot. . . One or two per room, closing the door, doing all the home rooms including baths and closets, and letting everything saturate with the fumes for some eight hours or so.
The second time, a week later, I used commercial-grade 20,000 cu-ft bug-bombs . . . Again, same as before, one or two canisters per room and all rooms, baths, and closets treated.
Those bug-bombs did not even faze the Scabie mites. . . As soon, as I walked in the room with bare feet, I could feel them crawling all over my feet. . . As if the bug-bombing never took place.
After that, I gave-up on bug-bombing or spraying the rooms. . . I decided that I had to kill them when they got on me or on the dog
